The Klaviyo surface includes gated writes for campaign drafts, templates, audiences, profiles, consent, coupons, images, and catalog data. Campaign sends always return a live recipient estimate and require an explicit confirmation round trip, so preparing a send never sends it by accident.

Build campaign drafts

Create an email campaign draft called 'Summer VIP Early Access' for the VIP Customers segment. Use the Summer Launch template, set the subject to 'Your early access starts now', preview text to 'Shop 24 hours before everyone else', and hello@acme.com as the sender. Do not send it.
Clone last month's best-performing campaign as 'July Encore', update the message with this new offer and destination, assign the approved Evergreen template, and render the result for review. Leave it as a draft.
Audit flows & revenue
Connect engagement to attributed revenue and find the next useful lifecycle action.
Audit Klaviyo for the last 30 days. Compare campaigns and flows on recipients, delivery, opens, clicks, conversions, and attributed revenue. Explain the three biggest changes and what I should do next. Do not change anything.
Inspect the Win-Back flow, including its actions, messages, and last 30 days of performance. If message three still uses the expired offer, pause the flow and tell me exactly what needs updating.
Maintain audiences & consent
Keep profiles, lists, segments, and consent records useful without manual cleanup.
Create a segment called 'Recent VIP Clickers' for profiles tagged VIP who clicked an email in the last 30 days but have not purchased in the last 14 days. Show me the definition and current profiles before I use it.
Search for these 20 customer emails, show me which profiles exist and their current email consent, then prepare the missing subscriptions. Do not apply any consent changes until I confirm the preview.
Prepare guarded sends
Run the final checks and recipient estimate while keeping the irreversible send behind confirmation.
Prepare the 'Summer VIP Early Access' campaign to send. Check the campaign, message, template, sender, and audience, then run a live recipient estimate. Show me the final summary and wait for my explicit confirmation before sending.
Check the send status of 'July Encore'. If it is still scheduled, show me when it will send and the estimated audience. If anything is wrong, prepare the cancel-send action but wait for my confirmation.
